Meet the Team

A 3rd Generation Builder with almost 40 years in building of commercial and residential construction projects.   

With over 25 years specializing with disaster restoration, Geoff has a thorough understanding of Construction and Disaster Restoration industry. 

Although Geoff has many talents Business Management, Estimating, Project Management, Construction; his primary role is to develop and ensure processes are maintained to provide the most efficient, cost-effective processes and oversee all work in both quality and safety. 

As a hands-on owner, Geoff takes care of many aspects of the business as well as projects from the beginning handling all aspects, until final completion, although it is still not that uncommon that you may still see him swinging a hammer every now and again.

A Customer Relations Professional with almost 40 years customer service, administration and accounting experience.   Her experience from being a Print Production Manager has made her extremely detail oriented, process and deadline driven.  

Roni’s primary roles are to ensure that customer service is maintain and maintaining a strategic vision of the organization to delivery the overall financial stability.  Roni utilizes systematic processes to maintain key performances and to ensure that we are constantly improving to surpass all expectations. 

As a hands-on owner, Roni takes care of many aspects of the business as well as oversees the accuracy of all job costs for invoicing and administration processes, it is not uncommon that you get Roni answering the phone when you call in. 

As a member of our management team, Jackie has many responsibilities.  Her primary goals are devising and implementing the strategic scheduling of crews to ensure work is completed on time and as efficiently as possible.

Developing and implementing new operational protocols to ensure we have the proper materials / inventory and check lists in place to manage our warehouse.

She manages and maintains service for all vehicles and warehouse equipment to ensure that the are maintained to run safely and at peak performance.
